  • Interaction Data: Your interactions with the AI chatbot, video playback history, and generated video reports.

  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience. See Section 5 for more details.

1.3. Log Data

Our servers automatically record certain information (“Log Data”) when you access the Service. This may include your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, and how you interact with links on the Service.

1.4. Third-Party Services

We utilize the YouTube Data API to provide our Service. As such, we collect and process data from YouTube in compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy, then process the data under Azure Policy.

  • Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time through our application. We will delete your data as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days.

      3. Enter your password to confirm.
      4. Confirm the deletion action.

Upon revocation, we will immediately revoke the API token and delete all associated data within 7 calendar days.

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and use personal information about you. This helps us to:

  • YouTube API Data: Stored for no longer than 30 calendar days, except for YouTube Analytics API and Reporting API data, which may be stored longer.
  • Non-Authorized Data: Stored for no longer than 30 calendar days.

We regularly refresh stored data to ensure accuracy and delete data that is no longer authorized or needed.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence.
